From the picture below, you'll see one of the big selling points about this home is the backyard. When you step out the back door, you'll land on a Pavestone patio (replaced in 2009) that is covered, featuring lighting. The yard wraps around both sides of the home with a lovely stone path leading you to the gate access.
P.S. One of our favorite features is the view afforded from inside the home. The picture window shown in the center of this picture is the enormous window (with bench seat) that spans one side of the kitchen. There is also a window above the kitchen sink that overlooks the backyard, giving us a full-view of our kids playing outdoors.
